Please list the names, t-shirt sizes, and any food allergies for sponsors. The maximum number of sponsors permitted per week of camp is 6, including children who are 6 and older. Children 5 and under may accompany a sponsor free of charge. One complimentary sponsor spot is available for every 15 campers brought by the group. Paid sponsor spots are charged the camp rate for the week attended.
